Additional Info	IMPORTANT DATES FOR 2024 May 1 – Applications Available July 15 – Applications Due July 30 – Acceptance and Load-in Instructions Distributed to Vendors DISPLAY GUIDELINES One canopy per space is allowed. Participants must furnish their display material, chairs, stands, tables, tents, etc. Electricity is not available, and fuel generators are not permitted. No oversized canopies will be allowed. Trailers/vehicles will not be allowed in the craft area. Booths are to be kept neat. Entrants must remain for the entire show. SECURITY Exhibitors are fully responsible for their work and property care, safety, and security. Although the Montgomery Fest grounds will be patrolled at night, neither the Village of Montgomery nor its designees are responsible or liable for any damage, theft, or loss of works or property that occurs. Exhibits must be supervised during Craft and Market Show business hours.
